Can I return a hat if it doesn't fit me?

You may return new, unopened and unused fitted hats within 7 days of delivery for a  refund on the item only. We do not accept returns for Snapbacks, shirts and jerseys. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unbended, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any merchandise marked  "New Drops, Final Sale or Clearance", and promotions like BOGO, B2GO, and similars cannot be returned in any case".  Unauthorized returns WILL NOT be refunded.

Can I return clothing?

Unfortunately, clothing items like t-shirts and jerseys can't be return for any reason. Please, check your size before purchasing.

Can I return an item if I'm not in the states?

Returns are accepted on domestic U.S.A. orders only. We do not accept returns on international orders.

Who pays for the return shipping label?

Buyers are responsible for the cost associated with return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders shipped for free that are returned, shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund (between $8 to $10 Continental U.S. )

How can I get a return label from you?

If your purchase meets the return requirements you can contact us at info@usacapking.com and let us know that you wish to make a return and need a label. We will send you the label and deducted from the final refund. The average return label cost for continental U.S. is $8-10. 

What if you sent me a wrong hat?

We are very carefully when shipping our caps, but because sometimes mistakes can happen, we want to make sure that you are fully covered. Contact us to info@usacapking.com with the pictures of the wrong item sent, just to correct the mistakes and improve in the future. We will send you a shipping label for the return and proceed at your request. We can either send you the right hat or issue a refund upon delivery. 

What about my refund?

If your return meets the return policies mentioned above, you will receive a refund for the item upon the delivery. Because we have to make sure the return complies with policies, we do not issue refunds before the item is delivered back to us. No shipping associated costs are refundable. 

When will I get my refund?

When we cancel and refund your order, you'll receive an email confirmation. The refund will take between 4hr to 48 hrs in business days to be back into your account, depending of your banking institution (if your order was refunded Friday or Saturday, the refund won't be available until later on Monday). 

 

Exchanges

We are unable to process exchanges. If you need a different item from the one you purchased, you will need to return your item and place a new order.

 

Shipping and Handling Fees 

Shipping and handling fees* (if aplicable), including those to ship hats back to the returns department, are non-refundable. On a case by case basis, we will issue a credit for reasonable and customary freight charges if the returned item is defective or incorrect. Please include a postal receipt in your return package.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Any returns received without approval and the return code, or after the 7 day period will be sent back to the recipient. Recipient will be charged for any shipping costs associated with the return.
