When are you shipping my hat?
The handling time is 24hrs or less and we ship Monday to Friday for orders made before 10 am. Orders purchased on Friday after 10 am, will be shipped on Monday of the following week.
I paid for One Day Air, why my package haven't arrived?
All services provided by UPS, do not include weekends and holidays. If you made the purchase before a Holiday, after Friday 10am, or in the weekends, it wont count for your estimated delivery time EDT.
How long it's gonna take for my hat to arrive?
The estimated delivery time for East Coast is 1-3 business days, West Coast, Central and South 3-5 business days. For expedite delivery, please select the shipping method that best fits your requirements.
The tracking number says item was delivered, but I never got the package?
Unfortunately, neither the carrier UPS or USA Cap King can be responsible for mail theft. Please, contact your local police after checking the surrounding ares and checking with neighbors. We can't offer any type of refund for order shown as delivered.
My package arrived damage, now what?
Please, place a claim with the carrier, we'll help you with the claim process and assist you in case of requiring help.
Do you shipped in a box to protect the hat?
All hats are shipped in a poly bag, and inside of a 8x8x6 cardboard box. We use gloves and mask during the whole process as well.
Why my order was cancelled?
Your order was automatically canceled because our Fraud Prevention Software identified discrepancies in the information provided and the bank’s information, or an unusual behavior like trying different credit cards.
If you authorized the transaction from a valid card, we regret the inconvenience and invite you to repurchase the items. We strongly recommend to use PayPal for large / international orders.
We are a small family business and Credit Card Fraud it’s really harming our business for which more drastic measures are being taken.

Why the size is not consistent with all the fitted hats?
Because New Era has different factories around the world, customer experience different fittings on their regular size. This is why we accept returns within 7 days. Origin of the hat is not a factor, the inconsistency can be found in all the origin countries: China, Bangladesh, Haiti and USA.
Why some hats are made out of wool and others polyester?
There are three main materials use for the confection of New Era hats, Wool, polyester, and cotton. The quality of the hats are the same for all materials, with that being said, some colors may show a slight variation in the tone. Most listed items display the material on the description, if that's not the case, please contact us to firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I buy Wholesale from you?
